Class Length: 13 minutes
Equipment needed: soccer ball, volleyball, or other medium-sized soft ball
This class will help improve mobility/flexibility/range of motion in a forward bend and back bend position. Then, you will have a challenge to complete to use the positions with an intent (in this case, throwing a ball). Enjoy!
